What does that mean?? 

TRUE beauty. 

I personally believe it comes from within. There is nothing more beautiful than a wonderful personality. It changes everything. If they have an ugly personality, someone could be voted HOTTEST or SEXIEST person in the WORLD and would still be ugly as soon as they open their mouth or even pass by someone. 

But if you have a beautiful soul, everything about you shines. 

YOU are beautiful. You ARE gorgeous. You have it.
